The Bermuda Conference president’s office directs the general administrative work of the Church on the island of Bermuda, and furthers the objectives of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its mission in harmony with General Conference, North American Division, Atlantic Union, and Bermuda Conference working policies and guidelines. The president’s role is to give spiritual and strategic leadership to the Bermuda Conference in order to achieve the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bermuda; to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the institutions serving the Bermuda Conference; to lead and support the Bermuda Conference pastors, staff, administrators, departmental directors and institutions; to coordinate and integrate the work and ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Bermuda within the church in the Atlantic Union Conference and within the church in the North American Division; and to serve with the other Atlantic Union Conference presidents in supporting the Atlantic Union Conference officers in giving spiritual and strategic leadership to the entire Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Atlantic Union Conference.
