Our mission is to nurture, encourage, inspire, and equip women to fully utilize their talents and potentials, and elevate them as persons of inestimable worth.

Our vision (Isaiah 61:1-3). The spirit of the lord is upon me. The Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted, bind up the broken hearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, free the prisoners, and comfort all who mourn.

Our philosophy (1 John 4:7-21; Matt 22:35-40; Luke 10:27) is based on the fact that God loves us. We glorify God when we know and experience the love of God, when we love one another, and when we become who God created us to be. Then we fulfill the great commandments: "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with your mind. This is the great commandment." The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Ellen White states: "There is a higher purpose for women, a grander destiny. She should develop and cultivate her powers, for God can employ them in great work of saving souls from eternal ruin." (Evangelism, p. 465)
